My personal journey has been marked by significant tragedy, including the loss of my husband at a young age that left me parenting our 3 kids solo, navigating a life changing medical diagnosis w/one of my kids alone and a marriage ending because of abuse and addiction. I’m no stranger to loss and pain that leaves you feeling like you’ll never be anything other than broken! Through these “wasteland” experiences I’ve developed a deep understanding of the power of resilience and anchoring my heart to Jesus; the only One true and steady in the midst of life-changing chaos. My unique approach to coaching is rooted in empathy, compassion and the belief that faith in Jesus will carry us through our darkest days even when we can’t see it. Whether you’re struggling to rebuild after trauma, overcome current roadblocks or navigate the unexpected, I’m here to help you on your journey.
