Our groups include Rebuilding After Loss for women working through grief, and Identity in Christ for teen girls. Our specialized parent groups support those facing addiction or estrangement, offering hope and practical tools through Christ-centered community.
With both virtual and in-person options, our groups run in 4-8 week sessions with affordable pricing and flexible scheduling. We create a welcoming environment where faith meets real-life needs, and lasting friendships form through shared support. Our Christian life coaches lead each group with compassion, Biblical wisdom, and professional insight, helping you find God’s strength in every season.

Hope & Healing
Hope & Healing is a 12-week journey designed to help you find wholeness mentally, physically, and spiritually. Sometimes you don’t need another lecture or to-do list—you need someone who has walked through the fire to lock arms with you and help you move forward. Through prayer, encouragement, accountability, natural health support, and biblical tools, I’ll walk alongside you as you take off the mask, address the broken places, rediscover your identity and purpose, and step into the hope, healing, and freedom God has for you.

Parenting doesn’t end when your child becomes an adult…it just changes, and sometimes it gets harder in ways no one prepared you for. This support is a safe, faith-centered space for parents navigating the complexities of relationships with their adult children. Whether you’re facing distance, conflict, poor choices, estrangement, or simply the tension of letting go while still caring deeply, you are not alone.
Inside this group, you will:
- Gain practical tools for healthy communication and boundaries
- Learn how to release control while staying anchored in truth
- Process grief, disappointment, and unmet expectations
- Be encouraged in your identity outside of your parenting role
- Strengthen your faith and trust God with your child’s journey
