My personal journey has been marked by significant tragedy, including the loss of my husband at a young age that left me parenting our 3 kids solo, navigating a life changing medical diagnosis w/one of my kids alone and a marriage ending because of abuse and addiction. Based in Maryland, I serve clients throughout Eldersburg, Sykesville, Baltimore, Columbia, and the greater Washington DC area, as well as North Myrtle Beach, SC and surrounding communities in North and South Carolina.
I'm no stranger to loss and pain that leaves you feeling like you'll never be anything other than broken! Through these "wasteland" experiences I've developed a deep understanding of the power of resilience and anchoring my heart to Jesus; the only One true and steady in the midst of life-changing chaos.
My unique approach to coaching is rooted in empathy, compassion and the belief that faith in Jesus will carry us through our darkest days even when we can't see it. Whether you're struggling to rebuild after trauma, overcome current roadblocks or navigate the unexpected, I'm here to help you. From my virtual office, I work with clients across both the DC metropolitan region and the Carolinas, bringing hope and support to those who need it most. God is not done writing your story and I'm excited to be partnered with you as it unfolds!

I have found Shalise to be an authentically true, caring, and a compassionate listener and person. She has used her own journey through trauma, pain, and loss to help draw her to become one who does and can identify with others who are hurting. Besides her good listening skills, she is filled with wisdom, insight, and kindness, but is not one to push it on others. She is indeed a good coach. Her three grown children are an incredible example of the coach she has been for the past 10 years, though she likely did not see that in herself as she journeyed through her own pain while raising her children… to young adulthood, who love, enjoy, and respect her deeply.
